If anything, I would recommend flipping your house as if your hair is not on fire, and as if there is very little chance that your hair will catch on fire at any point throughout the process.Of course, maybe there's some advantage to flipping houses while stopping, dropping and rolling on the ground screaming, "HELP ME!
