There are too many variables that could have caused them not to succeed like type of letter sent, consistency of mailers sent every month, are they able to negotiate the deals when they come in, are they calling sellers back, do they know their valuation numbers, etc.

There were probably material issues that caused the judge to toss the LLC.

Regarding the bent up and damaged screens... that's usually caused by someone locking themselves out.

The original borrower has a cause of action for his non-performance.

But, if it had happened 3 years earlier it might have bankrupted me, or at least caused me to lose home or get way behind in payments.IT'S STEALING PLAIN AND SIMPLE.

I would argue though you would have a much better opportunity to retain your tenant if you fix all their maintenance request, assuming that the repair item was not caused by the tenant.

There were some major water leaks in the upstairs bathroom that have never been addressed, and caused major damage to the lower hallway.
