I am brand new to REI and incredibly excited for what the future will hold!!

Just getting into this and I’ve been reading as much as I can about wholesalers and I excited to get started.

And please don't ever forget for a minute that all of those great views, exciting activities, and stunning houses and neighbors are not what your children will remember. 

I haven't been this excited about an opportunity since basic training!

We also have a process that we're putting these buyers through which educates them as to how the program works before we will even consider them to view the home. 

However, Zillow is led by very forward thinking individuals, and I wonder if they are hedging their bets against the uncertain future of real estate agents by piloting their "Instant Offers" program.

Remember - FHA and VA are government programs, so they are more about fostering home ownership than investment.  

I am more excited about my mid life career transition than I (even as a writer) can put into words and I'm hungry for success.Anyone interested in a protogee that is willing to drive additional income your way?
