its a tough one I get requests pretty much daily to add myself to some wholesalers buyers list.and if I am bored I might do it.. other wise I simply refuse.now why I refuse is I put time and energy into letting them know what works etc etc.. they all talk a great game.. then never do hear from them again.. and then if and when I do I can't remember who they are LOL..

I scan Craigslist, home path, home steps,auction.com, and a couple other auction sites daily.  

I think this exercise will be a good learning tool for many of us.

I fear finding a contractor may be an exercise in frustration. 

I listen to their podcasts daily and I'm currently reading The Beginners Guide to Real Estate Investing.
