Are those too little of imperfections I should just ignore them or shall I ask the contractor to fix them?

We have had utility companies work with us to get them set up proper after the fact.I would not ignore this one, I would nip it in the bud.  

@Andrew SyriosRespectfully, your analysis ignores the money spent on mortgage payments over 20 years.If you invest $20,000 and nothing for 20 years and then get $80,000; the return might be 7.8% but your chart ignores all the monthly payments for years 1 thru 20 - that’s 240 payments you have not accounted for.

Also let's ignore the other 99 percent of the land area of and around Pensacola that perfectly fits my description.

In our case the tenant ignored notices from them and did not tell us about any issues.

They might just ignore your attempt to negotiate as your contract states you have no right to negotiate.
