Also, some of my utilities (phone lines, internet , cellphone bills, etc... even my car payments) are also directly paid by my business... and All are a huge biz write-offs.  

Obviously if you can video the podcast so there is a visual but there are a ton of options with the internet.

Commercial property, particularly retail space, has been depressed in some areas due to the advent of internet companies.

That said, we are very worried about internet access in those older, more established areas after some quick searches and hope to not be pushed into Grovetown as it seems like it would only appeal to families.

They want to open an account for the Internet service but they couldn’t because they dont have social numbers.

Except he has 30% more expenses... linens, coffee setups, commissions, CC fees, furniture, utilities, internet, etc..And he pays Suzie Property Manager  30% to manage it.

Quentin, there's lots of websites, NOLO, Legalzoom, Rocketlawyer, but the free items I pulled down off the internet can't hold a candle to the document my attorney created for me. 

Where you can basically scrape 'anything' like MLS listing data now, as long as it's public-facing on the internet.

Yes we market on the MLS and thru our in house showing agents that service the internet leads.
