The common complaint by customers was getting shadow listings from sites like "Craigslist" or "Auction.com" from CI'S "Deal Dog" software.I did some further investigation and found this in CI'S Terms of Use, Full Earning Disclosure section "We do not vouch for or verify any information posted by users and you proceed at your own risk.

There is certainly a difference between age groups though as far as which generations typically go for which type of accommodations...yes.But like I said, I think you bring up good points and it's all the more that someone looking into hotels should investigate in regards to the area they are thinking of investing in.

The agency identified on the notice investigated and found that the property appears to have been abandoned / left vacant.You can expect a Notice of Default or Lis Pendens (depending on your state) to be recorded against the property as soon as the lender gets around to it.

I'd like to investigate manufacture homes and multifamily.For about a month and a half I've been mailing to notice of default lists and so far haven't made a deal, and I'll admit it's a little frustrating (obviously, this isn't a very good get rich quick scheme), but it's giving us a lot of exposure to a lot of things.
