Wisconsin area stating that last year they started a rent promotion program where if tenants have a certain amount of volunteer hours logged with a list of pre-approved organizations in the city where the rental units are, that they got a 10% reduction in rent.

I will probably hire out for that work as I have minimal exp with siding and none with stucco but can learn.The AC handler was replaced last year and the condensing unit motor as well.

Realtors’ incomes took a huge hit so those owners may have strategically used rents to stave off disaster in other areas until it just lasted too long, couldn’t keep up.

It’s been rented since I’ve purchased in 2014, but my last tenant just moved out, and after cleaning up I realized how much I dislike what I’m offering and I feel I need to do better.
