I believe even more industry will immediately start flooding here and we will see rapid appreciation across the board from commercial to residential.

The paint business is a multibillion dollar industry, don't reinvent the wheel, use what their professionals have tested and proved works as a color matchup

Industry specialization trumps geographic proximity.

I currently work in the oil & gas industry, and am looking to start investing in real estate.

I am the first to tell someone if they want industrial or other types that I know a little about that but they would best be served by someone who specializes in that field.This is just my opinion.

Preparation is a key to being successful in this industry.

Some think it's Industrial.. so just curious, and getting people to weigh in.

If we were selling advertising space, that was the premium placement.We do the same in REI industry but we don't use banners enough to do any kind of split testing.
