So we offered as though that was the case (ready to rent), but actually, I feel there are a lot of wear and tear repairs that will add up - some needing replacement, some needing sanding/painting, etc, redoing dry wall.

Checking with the departments one by one for each land listing that looks promising seems very inefficient.Regarding costs, i hear build costs of containers vs stick built being similar, but I had wondered if that is taking all aspects into consideration like build time, foundation and site prep requirements, etc. yes, steel cutters and welders are a special trade but the structure can arrive pre-built and potentially just sit on concrete pier foundations if the soil and zoning allows.

If TENANT(S) does not clean adequately and regularly, TENANT(S) will be liable for reasonable cleaning charges – including charges for cleaning carpets, draperies, furniture, walls, etc. that are soiled beyond normal wear (that is, wear or soiling that occurs without negligence, carelessness, accident, or abuse).

(i.e. having a calendar that would link one trade to another trade so that the painter's schedule would automatically slide right on the calendar if the drywall guys needed 3 more days to let the mud dry because it's colder outside or something like that. 4) Office or Team Chat (Pretty much all have this built in.)5) Task Management that we can assign to users for the software. 6) Any other cool stuff that I'm missing that would be helpful.Basically looking for another Slack option or something that's integrated with Slack but lets us manage all the "stuff" in one place.

It uses some electricity for sure but it will dry out a space impressively fast, even one with dirt in it.
