I can't stress enough the competency issues and the communication with the benefits adminstrator's opinion before you start talking sales price to see what they think would be an acceptable transaction, best to is not be excited in wanting to buy it with the benefits folks, IMO.

Robert,I love this post and wish you abundant success in 2010.Strictly from a standpoint of ethical conduct and what is appropriate behavior this agent wouldn't have my business on any given day - regardless of the numbers.Anyone so maladroit in communications to send in email - for the public to see - this kind of message is operating from pure anger.
