Spouses even have 2nd families that they keep secret from the respective spouses.We all have a stereotyped image of someone with $9 million, riding around in a chauffeured limo, but real life is a little more complicated. 

At least the Fairmont is including Super Bowl tickets and chauffeured Escalades with that rate

My 2 cents-Only pay a commission for properties you successfully close on (several hundred dollars is a good amount).Suitable candidates include:Soccer Moms- always chauffeuring kids around the neighborhood, strong social network with other Moms.Drug Dealers- they know where all the vacant properties are (I don't need to explain why) and cover a lot of distance in their various errands.Students- Usually on low incomes and are keen to take on part time jobs.Treat all these people special.

The poor uneducated public has been known to try to get the Agent out of the loop by trying to negotiate the sale of the property outside of the Agent.Yeap...they sure have, because the agent serves VERY LITTLE utility if a buyer knows what he or she wants and does the research on their own.In the case where they want the "chauffeur" service they use the same specious argument that was cited above....that the "seller pays the commission."

Otherwise you just have a chauffeur that can unlock doors.
