I don't think you can find a lot of people who have more than one interaction with a wholesaler, so their opinion will be good or bad based on that one singular event.

There is almost a predatory flavor to the quick responses and encouragement to undertake risky, complicated situations that are immediately posted when young, green investors introduce themselves.

A couple times I was doing something jazzy that I dreamt up myself so there was some interaction about my hair-brained idea, but process was pretty much the same that I had all prints and details completed and it was just review and approvals.
