For the sake of this conversation, I have four out-of-state rentals in Cleveland under management (one duplex and two SFR's), with roughly $735k cash invested (no debt) and ROI is approx. 7%.

I currently own one rental property and plan to expand through BRRRR deals.

I’ve got around $180K in equity based on recent sales in the same development, and I’m now looking to put that to work and expand into more properties.I spent over a decade as an automotive technician before recently transitioning into the tech industry.
