Are there any  sites and really good educational videos out there you recommend. 

I have also watched many youtube videos on what to do, it seems if you have hit the 50k mark in returns , meaning you are making 50k yearly on investments then a S corp is needed. 

Then I find out a week ago they sold the property at a loss, ALL my capital is gone, and Ken McElroy goes on his merry way making youtube videos about how much money he is making. 

I don't know either of these gentlemen beyond this one video so take this feedback based on that.
