Just looking for some feedback on the deal given the current nature of the market.

It incorporates a docu-sign type feature as well for signing and returning forms / leases back to us as well.  

Does your end point include paying off your debt or do you plan to let the mortgage payments pay off your properties naturally over time?

I like the black and natural wood contrast, I think that's a sharp combination. 

Short answer:  it is baked into the business model.Long answer:It seems you may be overly concerned on the transitory nature of apartment renters versus single family renters. 

As far as cost, check the natural gas vs electric charges in your area. 

The building currently uses natural gas for heating and hot water.

It will replace investors who don't incorporate AI.Most importantly at the moment, investors can install voice AI to answer 100% of calls, book appointments on their calendar, and eliminate missed calls.

I really enjoyed the process and realized that I have a natural ability to connect with people over the phone and break through some of the usual resistance that comes with cold calling. 

@Craig Cann I had not dealt with soaked carpet pads or wood subfloor but in a generic basis ozone treatment worked for us however I have heard others use enzymatic cleaners such as Nature’s Miracle or Rocco & Roxie are the best in getting them out completely.
