Century link is a popular internet provider here in SWFL but their higher speeds are not offered in all areas.

Location is still key: properties near the beach, casinos, waterfront properties, or major attractions consistently outperform.

The Casino is just down at the next exit and new developments are in works at that location as well.

I know how it works for my state and counties but this is a sensitive matter, you should contact your local and state tax offices to make sure you are doing everything right - I would not rely on any advice from the internet, even if they are trying to help they may be doing it wrong and penalties for not doing right can be severe.

If it can be used as a STR it's going to have septic, well water and need Starlink for internet.
