Also with increasing traffic lot of times if I drive I see some properties too far from high way where tenants may not like to rent as it takes like half an hour for them to get on to nearest interstate high way for work

The place is in a beautiful country setting surrounded by fields but is very adjacent to Interstate 74.

This seems to be pretty standard for the area.The bad:  The home inspection found evidence of knob & tube wiring, and there is basically 1 outlet per room with tenants running power strips and extension cords all over the place. 

It may look like a quick refresh on the surface but people can do some weird stuff like blowing foam insulation into electrical outlets and running an electrical cord underground from shed to house.

New interstate and new exit ramp into community.  

I would be intersted to hear your experience.  

Appliances were another $2.6k and I prefer to use Costco because they bring all the hoses and cords for free, install for free and haul away for free. 

People like- Boulders, trees, water, good neighborhoods, good schools, safe communities, close to interstates or subways, walk out basements, views, etc. 

Various builders know, and remember, assorted horror stories of so-n-so who held on, and held-on, waiting for a recovery that didn't come soon enough, wracking up more and more debts, only to get liquidated at a far worse bottom than if they'd just pulled the cord earlier when could. 

And instead of drywall, we spray the ceiling in a flat charcoal grey, including all the pipes, cords and ducts.
