It should be *mandatory* that no review can be left below a certain level - I say 5, but 4 could be OK - without any alleged "issues" being transmitted through the platform's message system, with pictures if it includes alleged damages or filth.

I was looking at the True Submeter website and it looks like a good option, the downside I see is that you need to buy them a router to transmit the information to their office, sometimes routers could be a pain if they don't property transmit the information.
