Jason Terrell I’m not saying I’ve done it in the past on two occasions but on those occasions I definitely didn’t get my realtor to show me the property then unlock a window on ground floor without them noticing.

I know a small handful of lenders who specialize in these because they have the experienceand wherewithal to withstand getting wiped out on occasion.

We usually charge $1000 for deposit, maybe upto $3000 for our more expensive units.We have had to keep part of the deposit in very few occasions

I requested an itemized invoice for the dues payment from the broker and staff on multiple occasions and did not receive one.

All he does is keep sending me a bill on a monthly occasion with late fees piling upI will gladly pay him for his work done.

We pay between $180-$200 quarterly for our pest control and on occasion extra for a random visit if something crops up.

In the past I have texted him on several occasions times letting him know that the state of the yard was unacceptable and he acknowledged that he needed to do better, but I don't have the incidents well documented with dates pictures, etc.

I hear it compared to Memphis on occasion and wonder what the similarities are?
