I know this is repeated all over the country.. however here in Portlandia Big Pink ( the flag ship office building of downtown Portland) which sold for over 500 mil pre covid just sold for 40 mil cash to a local business owner..

Now we are on the 3rd day of our trip and its been an incredible experience, horseshoe bend, grand canyon, tuzigoot and of course the famous pink jeep tour all have not disappointed.
