Hello, I am currently in college and I want to invest in real estate and I heard that bird dog is a good way to start in real estate investing,  I want to know if that is a good way to start and if it is a good way to start how did you do your first bird dog deal. 

Never use the term "bird dog." 

Does the fact that there are 2 dogs present complicate things much?

We always set a weight and breed limit on dogs.
