We have allowed DOGS since we started in 2017.

It is a matter of getting out of your comfort zone a little bit but not so much that you will burn out or lose sleep.

In the midst of me coming up with a down payment and saving for emergency fund for said property, I feel like I’m taking all the right steps in education but can’t help but feel a bit restrained in the action I can be currently taking. lol I’m open to bird dog (never done before) as I learn more each day about my market and others.

Not because I think he deserves it, but because I'd imagine based on the fact that he needed a place to sleep for his buddy that he is, or at the very least, his buddies are, drug addicts.

Good question @Stevan Stojakovic I would lean towards 3-6 months as well, per property or whatever helps you sleep at night. 

I'm in the position to Bird Dog or wholesale property but we can discuss the options.
