Some time back I purchased a property on Silas Rd. and when I got home from work on the evening of the 5th, I had waiting for me a violation warning from the Department of Environmental Enforcing.

a friend of mine wanted to invest some money with me in a property I bought, and I need to pay him back his money that he invested and also his share of the profit, I've never done that before, always invested on my own!

But I actually wonder if these programs go away, after the initial pain, the long term result is likely to be positive - a great increase in the number of 2-parent households.

Told him to go dump the chit soup far  back in the woods , he tripped on his way . ..............................I laughed for a good while 

My question is: Can she back out of this contract?

It's painful to see a house that was renovated and rented, to then be torn up by jackhammering through the slab in multiple places so that the sewer lines could be replaced.

It was a lot of small, consistent steps, and plenty of seasons where it felt like progress was painfully slow.

For me, the biggest pain point hasn’t been the cost of capital, it’s lenders who don’t actually understand how a real rehab schedule works.

Would I still be able to cancel for a situation like this due to not having enough funds and get my earnest money back?
