I think the biggest challenge for me and my team at the moment is managing & maintaining growth.

Was it something financial, operational, or maybe just human nature showing up in your deal?

Since you’re analytical by nature, lean into that by focusing on learning how to underwrite deals and identify markets with solid fundamentals.

Recommend focusing on just one method of investing, until you do a few transactions.As your network and deal flow increase, you will naturally get exposed to more potential deals and each one will be a learning experience.

Does your end point include paying off your debt or do you plan to let the mortgage payments pay off your properties naturally over time?

Hi @Noa Lukela, many of my clients (buy and hold) who are ready to buy additional rentals are seeing the same challenges you've alluded to.
