We want to make the best decision based on our circumstance, but we feel that there are an overwhelming amount of options on the best path forward.  

I have been listening to many BP podcasts and reading books about real estate and I came to conclusion that this is the right place for me to be!

Is that annual amount based on the set/existing depreciation schedule from 2019 when it dropped off? 

I didn't come to the conclusion on whether I'd like to refinance yet, but helped me target which ones to identify.
