I have a pic of my logo that includes our www underneath and am going to have them printed on pillows and photo that pillow on every couch that goes on our listing photos Good thinking!

We also put all of their company branding and logo on documents, so brokers can feel reassured that clients will not go around them.

Credit card transactions still have to be entered manually.We actually use QuickBooks Online (QBO) for our accounting since it gives us more flexibility and reporting options.I’d also love to see an in-app calling feature (right now it’s text only).More flexibility to create custom CRM statuses would be nice too.I haven’t tried many other platforms yet, but for now AppFolio and QBO covers most of what we need pretty well.

Simple shaker cabinets over anything custom.

In Oregon their is an attorney but usually only one or two and they are at corporate headquarters and only handle things at a different level never with vanilla closings like in other states.The other prominent thing that is a big help in Or.. is the Customer service ..

Sure, look at pictures and call a couple of past customers, but be aware that they will never give you anything but the good reviews.
