I’ve tried calling Zillow (but couldn’t find a working phone number) and emailed their customer service, but I haven’t received any response yet.I’m very concerned because in the past I personally experienced scammers reposting my property listing on other websites, pretending it was theirs and asking people for deposits.

Totally agree on what people want: I am also experiencing a fair amount of Owner/Landlords- especially investor clients building good sized portfolios - wanting more customization on repair authority limits and communications.
