Well we have seen many Arbitagage players fold up their tents before.

This will most definitely attract bad players, especially in an unregulated space like DSCR and Hard Money.

You can rub elbows with the local players and get a grasp on the market.

New construction has the biggest margins and it's where all the big players are active right now! 

There are other players in the game to compare with like Kenny Bedwell at STR Insights or Bill Faeth's coaching.
