I use that a lot in my daily life as a broker in Reno, NV educating clients on investment decisions and in my own rental acquisitions.I also worked for an institutional flipper for two years (Wedgewood) as a project manager and flipped 70-some-odd houses for them which really helped me cut my teeth on construction management.It really depends on your strategy, but ultimately it's playing long.

Hi @Joshua Rodriguez, I haven’t done a flip on my own, but I have invested in flip projects  through my club, and from watching the operators and going through the vetting process, I’ve learned a lot about what matters in evaluating deals.

Those two apps are the biggest players in the industry right now.I haven't kept up with Yardi so not sure how they are exactlyBut both of these can pretty much do custom reportsAppfolio offers custom report builder so you can pretty much build your own report to what you are looking for.For the fees, are you referring to like markup?
