I have a few gold fans in my family and their argument has always been that gold is better than a savings account.

Neither does gold.

I've lived in SA for almost a decade but spent most of it chained to various desks  :/  I just know that if I bring one or two of my realtors in on it that I'm going to get off to a much better start.

It's the gold standard for keeping your project on track and on time.

Use your own title company, send the contract and assignment terms early, and don’t play games with daisy chains.
