Hello all, I finally got around to having my LLCs set up through and attorney and it appears I have been left hanging here.Attorney initially opened 3 California LLCs as well as 1 Wyoming LLC.

The real proactive ones hang in there.

It is a financial basket case run by politicians who have no backbone to stand up to the unions and are utterly ignorant of economics from the jump.I highly recommend staying hyper-local for your investments, but if you insist on out of state investing, try Indiana.

Like Dale said, hang in there until you find a system that actually works, whether that’s a hybrid approach or fully managing it yourself.
