Not my cup of tea but I am sure its great for many..

I've been reading a RE investing book for at least the last 2 years and the idea of house hacking finally seems to be the best initial strategy to begin my journey.My background has been in the capital raising/investment banking industry for the last 6 years being a part of tight knit deal teams helping raise over $250M+.Would any local house hacking investors be opposed to doing a 1-1 with me over coffee/tea to obtain your reality and experiences of house hacking both within our market and other markets you participate in?

Losing perfectly good tenants over minor maintenance issues is such a waste after all that careful screening.I'm based in York region if you ever want to connect over coffee or tea (Pretty impressed with your 500+ doors, that’s a great accomplishment, well done.)

I will do some much needed repairs/upkeep to bring the property to good condition for her. in the end, her balance should hang around the same amount as when the agreement was done.Her mortgage just increased from 575/mo to 823/mo and what she refers to as “yikesville” so it would be a win for her in that area as well.
