We have worked with over 10 different property managers in over 5 markets and believe me when I tell you they are horrible.

I've made some horrible mistakes that by the Grace of God didn't totally sink me. 

The sales guy also was horrible and I've heard onboarding is unpleasant at best.

Strangely she said the LG's were horrible, and I always thought they were pretty good. this all in one unit really works exceptionally well, takes way less time than I expected, and all you need is a 110v outlet and the drain.great solution for tight spaces and small homes.... 

I'm not a fan at all of security systems like ADT - it seems horribly overpriced to me. 

Marvin,My advice from years of experience - Stay away from auto dialers they are horrible, heavily regulated by the TCPA and one fine can crush your month or business. 

It would be nice if the $75 could go towards the bill if you choose to agree to the quote, but I wouldn't say its horrible either way.

Negative cashflow, especially on a first investment property, is a horrible mistake to make.

I would say majority of the DSCR lenders have horrible servicers LOL.

Its been almost 2 weeks and I still dont have my rent payments, they are just sitting somewhere other than my bank account and the support has been horrible.
