That said, not every rent-increase / renewal notice in NJ includes explicit “notice to vacate” language, and many standard lease software templates omit it.

This county is stating that the starting auction amount can only include the principal amount of the certificates which we have paid over the last 4 years, but cannot include the accrued interest or the auction fee the County charges investors to start the process (which total ~$4,000 in this case).

I'd be using a bridge loan to fund this project and it will cost me about 70K out of pocket (this includes 15% DP, CC, and bridge loan monthly repayments x 4).
