Has anyone tried a pad split property in the Jacksonville area?

The single-family property doesn’t have any existing ductwork, so we’re planning to install a multi-zone mini split system (4 zones).We’ve received three quotes so far, ranging from $18K to $26K from HVAC companies.

I am looking at a seller finance deal but am trying to have the loan amortize at an even split between principal and interest, rather than the standard bank amortization.
