I only own one unit.Since they moved in some neighbors have been complaining about marijuana smells supposedly coming from my unit multiple times.

Is there any feedback/ suggestions or items to improve the home for the next guest stay?"

Handyman typically handle smaller items or cheaper fixes.

It also helps that I inform my guests that a starter supply of paper and plastic items are provided and ask them to replace any items they have used up. ( This may not be popular with others but I have never had a complaint and for the most part,  items used are replaced)

Tenant agrees to maintain all furnishings, furniture, décor, and household items in good condition and to use them only for their intended purpose.

So each time someone posts about those items or places I get a notification. 

Set clear lanes now: respond fast to life‑safety and habitability issues, batch non‑urgent cosmetic items, and push back on tenant‑caused or convenience requests.

Good practice is to provide an itemized list within the required timeline, even if you only have estimates, just make sure they’re reasonable and based on market rates or handyman quotes.
