Even if you put in 750 hours, if you are not materially participating in your rental activities, those hours won’t count toward the requirement.

Kenan, I’ve been noticing the same trend, pricing in the core has made it tough to find spreads that pencil, but the surrounding areas still have some solid opportunities if you’re willing to go a little further out.

@aj @AJ Wong do you know of any app or software one can use to keep track of material participation hours?  

It was obvious they were installing materials well below what they were charging us for and using materials that were ripped out of other jobs they did instead.
