I dont get this whole freedom thing.. its just changing one job for another.. or really going self employeed but the work is still there I dont see that anyone is free of obligations and in many aspects its more nerve wracking taking a W 2 person and now having to pay for all thier own insurances file tax returns etc etc..

Butchers Hill honestly sounds like a really good move for you I can totally understand the mix of excitement and nerves you are feeling right now Being close to Hopkins is a huge plus and having your own parking pad is something many in Baltimore wish they had I get the worries about the surrounding neighborhoods and the reputation but from what I have seen the area is changing and has so much potential over time You are definitely not crazy for thinking it can go up in value I think you are making a smart long term decision
