I once called the county clerks office and was on hold for 27 minutes only to be told I have the wrong extension. the call center representative then told me there’s no way to find the correct number online without being told directly. we then had a long chat about the numerous misdirected calls she's received for other depts facing the same issue.

I joined because I needed the flexibility to get training and support outside of my day job - and didn't want to pay desk or franchise fees for an office I'd hardly step foot in.  

For a single-family residential property, the options outside traditional rentals are limited by zoning, but there are a few creative paths people have successfully used, like home offices for remote workers, small professional practices, or creative studios if local ordinances allow.

If I have a travel health care worker I verify the professional license, call previous LL, but those are room rentals, single occupancy.
