Does anyone have an excel doc or organization templates for all parts of the property (future repairs, appliance details, property details, who to call if something goes wrong, expenses, rental income, etc.).

It’s awesome to see CFOs with REI expertise here — having someone help organize finances and highlight efficiencies is huge for scaling a portfolio.

Maybe if the corporate world isn't for you, maybe something in a non-profit organization or where you're helping people directly (e.g education, RN or other medical jobs)? 

I've also seen a few properties of interest in the lower tier of the Stone Oak area. 

I've done this for my own real estate tech startup and we've seen a majority of our organic traffic coming from ChatGPT. 

I've found it very easy to use and helping with keeping everything organized.
