It’s always exciting to hear from people in the area.

We live in such a politically manipulated world today you have to push through the BS but at the end of the day, the major corporations run the country and will dictate pretty much everything.To be fair we are in an intensely levered world of things today. 

Is your project geared more towards elderly / assisted living?  

You see the same people posting the same post every few days trying to get some inexperienced people to pay them for their knowledge and no moderator does anything about it.

I showed them that I didn’t add any bedrooms to my house and told them 5 unrelated people are allowed to live in a home for rent.

If i lived in any other state be a no brainer for me.
