Just need to contribute money to politicians you want to back.

Poors who live in these kinds of neighborhoods only vote for politicians who say "landlord bad, free rent good."

It is a financial basket case run by politicians who have no backbone to stand up to the unions and are utterly ignorant of economics from the jump.I highly recommend staying hyper-local for your investments, but if you insist on out of state investing, try Indiana.

Politicians care about 1 thing and 1 thing only, votes. 

You vote for the politicians offering your benefits.

That would float all boats as long as we kept it out of the hands of the bankers, defense industry, drug companies, politicians and cartels. ;-)  

Remember he is a Politician.

Unfortunately the politicians do not grasp that, and think builders can wave a magic wand and build for less.

Politicians and government regulators DON’T.  

However, the new mayor I believe is the best politician that can get them on the right track.
