I’ve tried calling Zillow (but couldn’t find a working phone number) and emailed their customer service, but I haven’t received any response yet.I’m very concerned because in the past I personally experienced scammers reposting my property listing on other websites, pretending it was theirs and asking people for deposits. 

Many VAs are now gaming the system:1) Working multiple jobs2) Outsourcing what you assign to them3) Using programs to pretend they are working4) Really don't care about the work they do, so do bare minimumIf you properly understand all this, you can interview better, track KPIs to track performance and find good workers.It's no different than screening for good tenants.

We didn't live together, we didn't pretend to be married,  we didn't have family to show us how it's done.

Pretend you are interested in renting.

The other one was this guy trying to pretend to be interested in real estate, looking to buy rental property in the Bay Area - said he was a physician with a real estate business (investment company??) 

Pretend there is a 12 month note with a rate of return of 12% APY on a purchase and rehab loan of $300k. 

I’d talk to people who are doing it through Housing Anywhere/Anyplace by pretending to be a potential tenant.

So it's not fair to pretend it's the deals that make scalability alone.

Some even pretended I was already pre-approved or tried dropping my property address to sound legit.

Many people are either quiet right now or pretending everything is fine, when in reality, it’s a grind behind the scenes.
