Going back to what I originally shared  the most probably real estate conflicts to arise are: landlord/tenant; premises liability; title/property defect; performance/payment dispute.

When the eventual defect arises and they find out they made a huge mistake in declining owners coverage, they raise holy hell.No, what I am talking about is a quick, non committal search to see if the property is worth pursuing.

Unless the litigation involves a manufacturing defect in the car, pass.

The question you should be asking: How do I prevent premises liability claims, avoid construction or title defects, landlord/tenant disputes & payment and performance disputes with contractors/vendors.

Umbrella coverage provides no relevancy to landlord/tenant disputes (outside of severe tenant related premises liability occurrences), contractual or performance disputes or defects.

We want to create an affordable SRO-style housing product with common facilities and meal plans included in monthly charges.

Why would you want to work a real job and save your money when you can do stupid stuff on Youtube, hawk junk products and try to get free AirBnb stays? 

In reality today's products are often cheaply made and will need regular repair, maintenance, and replacement.
