I've seen studies that show 72.5% of real estate professionals report increased productivity when using a CRM.There's many studies on this in general but as a Real Estate Agent, which CRM do you use?

I received an email from Truvi this morning about their new products.

That seems to knock out a lot of the typical DSCR products.To complicate things a bit, my DTI would not qualify me for conventional or personal mortgages, which is why I’m focused on DSCR or other asset-based options.Are there lenders out there with DSCR products below the $150K loan threshold?

If it's a primary residence, you can use no-ratio products up to 80% LTV.

There are a number of nonQM mortgage products that can assist even without a W2, honestly most of it starts with a consultation with a lender that has done these types of deals in the pastThanks Clayton.

Ive never used it but I have a local PM who does and he swears by itThis is an example Truvi sent me of their Guest Journey that was required for bookings to be covered by some of their better insurance products (https://truvi.storylane.io/share/ws8egjzstevc).
