@Basit Siddiqi You’re right that PadSplits are not a one-size-fits-all strategy that's why i ran the numbers carefully on my deal including ARV, rehab budget, and projected rents and the model still produces strong cashflow margins even after expenses and PadSplit’s fees.

How long does it usually take to complete a fix & flip project?

However, I’m concerned I won’t be able to complete the project within this second extension, and I’m not sure if another extension will be possible.Is anyone familiar with refinancing options in this type of situation?
