The associated closing costs vary so talking with a title agent in the county where the property is should give you a good estimate. 

Wondering if you have any general rules you abide by for estimating rehab costs without actually going to the property.  

Leasing commissions, construction management mark-ups, etc are on top of the PM fees, and should be outlined in the PM agreement what services are included, what markups happen, and any additional costs associated.

Some of the units require renovations and I’m just trying to figure out the most cost effective way to do this without putting a huge hole in my pockets.

Most cost segregation firms will provide a free cost/benefit analysis quote to help you determine if the tax benefits from the study will outweigh the costs.

Hello everyone,For those of you who have bought foreclosed homes with all the junk left in them, how much does that usually cost to have cleaned out?

My cost is usually about 5k installed and Milwaukee may be a bit cheaper on labor than CA, but not that much!
