I cant send any message on the PM system to anyone something is goofy with the system anyone else.

I am getting PM's but I cant respond.. when I respond it just gives me a red circle with a cross through it and wont load the response. 

If there’s one thing I wish someone drilled into me when I was starting out, it’s this:Whoever responds fastest… wins.Almost every time.I didn’t learn that from a study.I learned it from losing deals I should’ve had.I’d call a seller back a few hours later and hear:“Sorry, someone else already came by and we signed with them.”That one hurts.Later on, after tightening up my system, the numbers backed up what I experienced:78% of sellers go with the first person who responds. 

Refuses to even respond.

Typically I see a statement included to the effect (paraphrasing here): "any owner can provide 30 day notice of proposed repair/maintenance/improvement and then any other owner can respond.

My buyers agent responded two days later that he didn’t think the sellers wanted the hassle of owner financing and that given the two vacancies and the fact that the other 3 units were so far under market rent that he figured they would need a cash buyer.

Refuses to even respond.
