The Cape Coral Code Compliance officer showed the roofer the various emails to BTC, which left the roofer very unhappy as he then knew he had been misled and made him liable for a fine for illegally performing work while a red stop work order was in place.BTC appears to be continuing to cause damage to customers and other contractors.

At the very least you'll need typically:- demo guys- electrcian- plumber- carpenter- floor guy- roofer- tile guy if you have to- drywall crew- paint crew- landscaper- tree guy- concrete/asphaltIf your contractor marks up everuy trade by 5k thats 60k in markups.A typical flip takes about 500 to 700 man hours.

If you have a total of 10 subs (demo, electrician, plumber, carptenter, tile guys, flooring guy, roofer, landscaper, drywaller, painter, HVAC, mason, asphalt, concrete, tree guy,.. that's 15) and you pay every one 2k more than budget, that's 20k-30k and poof there goes your profit.
