Of course, houses like these are prime spots for human and drug trafficking, prostitution, sex parties, and so on. 

Armed robbery, burglary, sex crime convictions, narcotics, etc.

They pass away, and their three adult children inherit the property.

In Las Vegas, that segment is families with young children earning $60,000–$85,000 a year.

This con job of a company took food out of my children's mouths! 

I pay my minor children for working in my company and as long as they stay under the standard deduction they pay zero tax on the income most/all of which goes into their Roth IRA's which grows tax free and comes out tax free.
