How often do you travel to check out the property?

Even if they’re traveling for work, it helps to know who’s paying the rent and if their job lines up with the rental term.Ask about guest expectations.

With kids, our trips for the past 20+ years have been different (lakes, beaches, cruises, Disney, Universal, travel sports, etc.). 

I’d love to get a sense of options if a buyer wanted to bundle this package differently! 

A lot of wholesalers/brokers I connect with like having a lending partner they can point buyers to, since it helps deals close faster and makes you look like the full package when you bring a property + financing solution. 

That can help stabilize income, especially with traveling professionals or remote workers in Phoenix.Larger investment firms usually want a bundle of properties or something with strong numbers, so local investors might be your best bet.

Most travelers prefer to rely on their own alarms or apps.

But once you do own property in that market, your travel expenses may be deductible.

While we can’t directory choose the appraiser (that’s illegal) we do control the process and docs until the loan package is submitted to underwriting.
